The 10 Best FREE Task Managers (Review)

Today we are going to check out 10 free task managers I’ve gathered from the App Store. And by the end, you will see which one is the best for your specific needs and wants.

Google Tasks

This is the one I personally use because it’s super simple and does its job. When you enter the app, you go immediately to one of your lists and can add and check off tasks from there.

I personally like to have one list for all my “two” contexts. This one is whether I’m at home or at least on the computer. The other are tasks I can do anywhere. I also have the habit of checking the calendar and task manager before doing anything, which is very important if you want to use them at all.

But you can of course also set tasks with certain dates too.

Now in terms of the computer, Google tasks is a bit weird since it does not have its own application. You have to use it in the sidebar together with either Google calendar, Gmail or Google keep, which can be quite useful actually when you go through your email or overall plan for the day.
