Welcome back, so happy to see you again, and if you have checked out a lot of self-improvement content on the internet, you have probably come across journaling. Many successful people around the world attribute a large part of their success and well-being to this practice where you simply write down for yourself every single day and it has been shown to have a lot of health benefits too.
I have also been a proponent of journaling for many years. But recently, I only journal sporadically or not at all, despite feeling better than ever.
So is journaling absolutely necessary to do every day or is some kind of a phase that you do not need after a certain time? All of that plus my unconventional approach to journaling is what we are going to talk about in today’s video.
