Book of the Week

I listen to this book twice in a row. It is quite short but fully condensed.

The authors present many convincing examples of why excessive order is not highly regarded. Rather, keeping something neat brings severe drawbacks and almost no benefits compared to the steep costs. You also become super-fragile and stiff.

Instead, you should embrace the natural way of a moderate mess. It is self-organizing in its purest form and will reflect your current worldview. If you are an extremely orderly person (like me), you will have a great benefit out of this book.

Videos of the Week

In this video, wonderful podcaster Srinivas Rao interviews one of my greatest inspirations at this moment: Dennis Xu. He is co-founder of Mem.ai after previously working at Google.
