The worst fear when working is being stuck.

Looking at the blank page, not knowing what to write. Speaking to a crowd but cannot find the words while they are increasingly uncomfortable. Trying to solve a problem, but the solution never comes.

Meanwhile, the clock is ticking, and you feel the sweat. All of your work seems wasted.

The worst thing you can do is raise your expectations and worry about being embarrassed

By trying to be perfect, regardless of written text, public appeal, or problem solution, stress goes up, and creativity goes down. You contemplate how you cannot solve this and if you are a bad person. After this, you are more likely to procrastinate, falling into a negative spiral

There is a better way:

Relax and Smile to eliminate your creative blockages

If you have a blank page and no ideas, look at it without judgment. Turn on some good background music, stare at it (for focus), and write down your self-talk. Then your creative constipation will be alleviated.

The same procedure of staring, relaxing, and writing down your thoughts is critical for effective problem-solving, getting a grip on the situation for linking them together.

When speaking to other people, they will feel more at ease when you are more at ease. We are subconsciously mirroring each other, affecting our mental states. If you are comfortable with a relaxed pause of just 10 seconds, with a smile, chances are they will call you a masterful speaker afterward since they have the same fears too.

Be in the present moment, enjoy the situation to the fullest, and remove everything that is not vital.

The more relaxed you are, the more you will get what you want.
