Welcome back, so happy to see you again, and one common criticism towards productivity, in general, is stress.

While stress is a big topic, there are fortunately ways to do what you like without these constant threats and worries hanging around. I have personally written three books in a span of three months, written articles every day for almost a year and now showing up to you every single day while feeling better and more refreshed than ever.

So in today’s video, we will tackle five common reasons why we are stressed while trying to be productive, and see what we can not only do about it, but also use it to our advantage. By the end, you will have 7 tactics you can deploy anytime whenever you need them.
