Welcome back, so happy to see you again a couple of weeks ago, I made some videos about non-neediness, which is the best productivity hack, power hack, and happiness hack I’ve ever found.

But I never went into detail about exactly how you can be non-needy starting right now. So in today’s article, I want to give you a good understanding of what non-neediness is, give you some examples on what non-neediness looks like, and also finish off with a step-by-step guide on how you can be non-needy right now.

What is non-neediness

First, we want to define what neediness and non-neediness are.

According to Google, when we need something, it is more than just a preference, but we cannot stand not having it.

So non-neediness is therefore the opposite of that when we are perfectly fine not having something or not getting rid of something.
