How I became 98% less stressed every day (Deep Dive)
I used to be stressed out every day.
From chronic tensions in my whole body to constantly thinking I was behind, wasting time, and not being good enough.
But after I discovered these 3 ways of dealing with what happened in my life, my stress levels went down by 98% almost immediately. I’ve never felt so deeply peaceful, calm, and in control, no matter what happened outside.
So in this deep dive, I want to share with you these mindset shifts that helped me tremendously. If you deal with a lot of stress right now in your work, relationships or just cannot relax, I believe they will help you too:

Mindset shift 1: Always be “here” instead of “there.”
I recently noticed a recurring pattern in how I spent my day.
When I woke up, I was secretly looking forward to the time to write. When it was time to write, I was looking forward to being finished and ready to work out. When working out, I looked forward to being done and coming home to breakfast. And so on.
All the way from regular work sessions, meals, recreation, and even before sleep, I wanted the next thing to happen, not feeling ok with the present…
