Are You An Overthinker? Here Is Why You Need To Stop (And The Fastest Way)

If all of these sounds familiar, you are an overthinker like me:

  • You try to consciously analyze every situation
  • You need to interpret whatever you find to your own worldview
  • You are planning for every single contingency multiple times but it does not help
  • You have a tendency to drift off to wonderland many times, not being here

Despite noble intentions, there are drawbacks.

  • You are removing yourself from the present moment and are not fully aware of your current options
  • You expel precious energy while not getting further ahead
  • It is straining your temple and face overall (something I personally try to heal)
  • You are overreacting to noise and forgetting the signal
